Night out with the boys

We spent a lovely evening with Mitch and Nico on Saturday night. We had St-Hubert and beer (ok, well, not nico and I, but the older boys did!) We are so fortunate to have such wonderful friends who always open their home to us. A simple evening amongst loved ones is all a girl can ask for! We don't need any other form of entertainment other than the kids. Nico is full of beans (especially after eating chocolate) and Connor and Liam get a real kick out of Nico's antics. We've never heard Connor laugh as much and as hard as he did tonight while Nico was bouncing around entertaining him and his brother! Thanks guys - on vous aime gros!

Valentine's day and Vow Renewal

Carl and I won the opportunity to renew our wedding vows. woth 104 other couples via a radio contrest held by 105.3 Kiss FM. Louise, Alex and Tamara joined Liam, Connor, Carl and I for our special event.

Orthotic Helmets

Because the boys have plagiocephaly (big, scary word to describe "flat head"), it was felt that they both needed correction, thus corrective orthotic helmets. Connor has stars on his and Liam has planets. They are the coolest looking helmets in town not to mention pretty adorable boys with them on! "Coach Alex" is thrilled to get them used to wearing helmets at such an early age...just gearing them up for football season!

Nicholas 3rd birthday

We celebrated Nico's 3rd birthday with a small gathering of immediate family and us (honorary family!). Spider-Man was a huge hit - as usual with Nicholas. Mitch and Nico spoiled Liam and Connor rotten with lots of goodies in their loot bag - merci, les gars! here are a few pics of the big day.

More Aquatots!

Connor, Liam and Vanessa were sporting new bathing suits for their last swimming lesson. They all passed their Aquatots 1 course. Way to go kids!

Our Favourite Babysitters

Alex and Tamara generously offered to bebysit the boys so that Carl and could go out - sans babies. It got a little warm in the appartment so all the boys took their pants off! The boys had fun and we hope that 'uncle al' and 'auntie t' did do!

Off to vote in our first elections!

We took the boys for a little walk to our polling station in order to vote. They were bundle in the hand made blankets that our wonderful friend Heather made them - thanks Heather - we get compliments on them wherever we go!

Our good friend Kathy, wife to Jason and mom to Mathiew, crossed-stitched these wonderful birth announcements. I subsequently had them framed and recently hung them up in the nursery - thanks Kathy, they are beautiful!
